Journey is added only where it's needed. kinHome Journey is the off-the-plan buyer portal, the deposit-to-keys experience that holds buyers through the build. It's added per community for +$250/community/month, and only while that community has an active off-the-plan project. Operating and completed communities never pay for it, so your bill follows your pipeline.

Seat-based tools scale with team size; resident and building platforms are priced per apartment (here assuming ~120 per community).
